The different in server lag or server ddos in albion is alittle different than what i experience in other games, let me take aura kingdom for example, when we server lag, the screen freeze and everyone in the server is kicked, this happen so far for 3-4 days and they assure a better security system for a higher pay. You didn't die because of the lag spikes and "roll backs" as you are calling, you died for not being updated on news. By the other hand if you would be a new player, you wouldn't go directly into those zones. If you came back today, then don't go directly into red/black zones, things are clearly not like back in your days and some things have changed, look up for those changes, search in forum what's new about the game, what is going on, etc.
